Does Votel score leads automatically?

Yes. Automatic lead scoring is built in. You find it under Settings, General, on the Lead scoring tab, and you can customize it.

The score is calculated automatically from activity the system already tracks: who opens your emails, who clicks, who replies to SMS, who calls you, who attends meetings and who visits your website. This activity raises or lowers the score.

Lead score is a field on every contact, so you can sort contacts by lead score, filter for people above a certain score, and use it in a workflow, as a call list, or to notify yourself.
